Fancade is developed by Martin Magni AB. By using Fancade you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Fancade brings together users from all over the world. Be nice to each other, and to us developers! In particular:
We reserve the right to remove any Fancade game, and to suspend or terminate any Fancade account, at any time, for violating these terms, or for any other reason.
Fancade uses a virtual currency called gems, which can be bought via in-app purchases and used to unlock additional functionality. It's important to note that gems are not a real currency. In particular:
We reserve the right to change the purchase price for virtual currency at any time.
The Fancade app allows you to publish content you've created. By submitting content you give Martin Magni AB a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, cost-free, and non-exclusive license to use, store, copy, modify, distribute, sell, and publish that content. You must only submit content for which you have the necessary rights to grant Martin Magni AB this license.
We do our best to provide a reliable and bug-free Fancade experience. However, server problems, bugs, and other service interruptions may occur, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation when this happens. In particular:
Martin Magni AB is a service provider and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, shall not be responsible or liable for the content and behavior of users, the services provided by third parties, nor any loss, damages or expenses caused as a result of using Fancade.
We do not screen games before being published by users, and their content do not reflect the views or opinions of Martin Magni AB, our employees, or our affiliates.
Fancade makes use of WebP technology, which is subject to the following license:

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Additional IP Rights Grant (Patents)
"These implementations" means the copyrightable works that implement the WebM codecs distributed by Google as part of the WebM Project.
Google hereby grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, transfer, and otherwise run, modify and propagate the contents of these implementations of WebM, where such license applies only to those patent claims, both currently owned by Google and acquired in the future, licensable by Google that are necessarily infringed by these implementations of WebM. This grant does not include claims that would be infringed only as a consequence of further modification of these implementations. If you or your agent or exclusive licensee institute or order or agree to the institution of patent litigation or any other patent enforcement activity against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that any of these implementations of WebM or any code incorporated within any of these implementations of WebM constitute direct or contributory patent infringement, or inducement of patent infringement, then any patent rights granted to you under this License for these implementations of WebM shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time and will notify you of any changes by publishing the new terms on this page. Any changes are effective immediately on publishing and you are advised to review this page periodically.
